Review - Ciate Paint Pot Nail Polish in 'The Glossip'
As part of my Glossybox this month I received a Ciate Nail Polish. Im not usually big on nail polishes and if I wear them I usually opt for darker colours, however this shade is a bright orange-coral called 'the glossip'. Since part of the reason for my Glossybox subscription is to try new things and since the sun is shining so brightly I thought Id give this colour a whirl.
I have to say its very shiny, which is exactly what I like in a polish, but it did take two coats to get the finish in this photo.
Id recommend a top coat, I havent used one and after a few hours of application I'm still getting that annoying imprint in the varnish when it brushes against something.
The Ciate Paint Pots retail at £9 here, since I paid £10 for the Glossybox this is great value for money for me however I wouldnt pay £9 for the polish alone. Its nice as a change for me personally but I think brands such as Rimmel and Bourjois sell similar shades for a cheaper price with better lasting power.

Wow, that's crazy that it's not as great as it's supposed to be. Especially for such an expensive high end brand. Glad to have read your review! I was pretty close to buying one too.
